About the Role
WeWork is hiring a CA Articled Assistant as an Industrial trainee in its Finance Team. As an industrial trainee, you will get hands-on training across finance functions, with a primary focus on asset capitalization, ROU assets and Lease liability reconciliations (IND AS 116), month closures, handling audits and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures. You will also be working on SAP to develop reports. Furthermore, you will be able to explore and learn about areas of accounting, tax, compliance, internal audit, FP&A, etc., depending on time required for the primary role.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Monthly Closures and asset capitalization.

Reconciliation of ROU assets and Lease liabilities – Ind AS 116
-
Handling Statutory, Internal Audits and other audits.

Ensuring compliance with SOP and other statutory filing.

Develop reports on SAP
Experience and Requirements:

Must have completed a minimum of 12 months of articleship with a reputed CA Firm.

Should have a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 12 months of articleship remaining to be completed.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong work-ethic and commitment.
