About the Role
As a Community Associate for our Managed Offices, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional day-to-day experience. You will support seamless operations, drive member satisfaction, and uphold WeWork's standards for hospitality, engagement, and workspace excellence. This role reports to the Community Manager and works closely with internal stakeholders like Operations, Sales, Client Solutions, and Events, to ensure smooth functioning of the space and elevated member experience.
Roles & Responsibilities

Support onboarding of new clients, assist with space orientation, and help coordinate move-in logistics while resolving post–move-in issues with the projects and operations teams.

Ensure the workspace is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational through daily walkthroughs, checklists, and timely follow-ups on facility-related concerns.

Coordinate billing for client-specific services such as parking, HVAC, and other add-ons.

Build strong relationships with client SPOCs and employees while serving as the primary point of contact for queries and concerns.

Plan and execute monthly or quarterly engagement activities and community events tailored to client needs.

Identify and support upsell opportunities across events, F&B, and WeWork Business Services, sharing insights that add value for clients.

Communicate building updates, announcements, and event promotions across digital and print channels.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Community, and Finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Maintain reports on facilities, ticket closures, events, and feedback while conducting proactive audits to address issues early.
Experience & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in hospitality, co-working, operations, or other customer-facing roles.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in digital tools for ticketing, reporting, and communication.

A proactive, approachable, and dependable team player with a passion for enhancing workplace experiences and building community.
