Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the billing and accounts receivable team.
- Gain exposure to financial processes, especially invoicing and payment tracking.
- Learn company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Function as a bridge between internal teams (sales and community) for billing-related queries.
- Account reconciliation and TDS reconciliation.
- Review of monthly membership invoices and finalization.
- Review of members' master data and ensure accuracy of the data.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Take direction from the Team Lead to address all billing related queries.
Education level and desired qualifications
- B. Com or MBA
