About the Role

At WeWork India, innovation isn’t a side project - it’s how we stay ahead. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and culture. You won’t just generate ideas, you’ll turn them into pilots, measurable outcomes, and scalable solutions that move the business forward.

You’ll partner across Sales, Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, and Community to transform ambiguity into structured execution - building prototypes, launching MVPs, and driving real impact across the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Innovation Project Execution

Objective: Ensure innovation projects move from ideas to execution-ready pilots with clarity, structure, and measurable impact.

  • Work closely on active innovation projects.
  • Engage deeply with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts (Sales, Tech, Product, Ops, Finance, Community)

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for pilots and early-stage projects.
  • Define milestones, track progress, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.

Internal Facing Innovation (Idea to Execution Funnel)

  • Work alongside the Innovation team and business owners to:
    • prioritise shortlisted ideas

Innovation Culture & Engagement

  • Play a key role in building and sustaining an innovation mindset across regions and functions.
  • Design and run an annual innovation engagement calendar, including:
