About the Role 

This role sits at the intersection of business processes and audits reviewing these business processes. You won’t just review the processes, benchmark critical process and report the observations to the management and recommend scalable  solutions that move the business forward. 

You’ll partner across Sales, Product / Supply, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Community, etc. to transform the  processes and driving real impact across the organisation. 

Roles & Responsibilty :

  • Assist in planning and executing Internal audit readiness procedures and present observations and remediation plans  to leadership 
  • Perform process walkthroughs and support the implementation and enhancement of processes, SOPs, DOAs, and  RACMs in coordination with various stakeholders. 
  • Evaluate internal controls according to defined RACMs, identify process gaps and provide recommendations for  improvement. 
  • Contribute to audits in risk advisory and special reviews across domains as needed. 
  • Support various audit teams by providing requested information and coordinating with various departments. - Use tools such as SAP, MS applications, and other data analytics applications for analysis and reporting.

Education and desired qualification: 

  • Chartered Accountant / master’s degree in finance and accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in internal audit or internal control or similar roles – ideally in a fast-paced high-growth  environment where speed and ownership matter. 
  • Strong project management and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity in new or evolving business areas. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams while maintaining  attention to detail and momentum.  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - able to simplify complexity, build buy-in, and drive decisions.  - A strong builder / hustler mindset - high ownership, resourceful, outcome-focused, and biased toward action.
