About the Role
WeWork India is looking for a Non-Tech Recruiter with strong experience in volume hiring to support hiring across Community, Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Finance, and Operations functions. This role will focus on delivering high-volume, high-quality hiring outcomes through structured processes, strong stakeholder partnerships, and data-driven execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for Non-Tech roles across Community, Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Finance, and other business functions.

Drive volume hiring while maintaining quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring timelines.

Prioritize hiring needs based on business criticality and manage changing requirements effectively.

Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, vendor partnerships, walk-ins, and local hiring initiatives.

Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and candidate assessments; coordinate interview processes.

Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Track and manage requisitions through the ATS and maintain accurate hiring data and reports.

Use recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios to improve hiring efficiency.

Support employer branding, employee referral programs, internal mobility, and diversity hiring initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
-
3–5 years of experience in Non-Tech recruitment, with strong exposure to volume hiring.

MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field (preferred).

Should be open for a contractual role

Experience hiring for industries such as co-working spaces, real estate, hospitality, sales-driven businesses, or similar high-growth environments is preferred.

Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Data-oriented mindset with comfort using hiring metrics to track performance.

Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
