About the Role :

Our Digital Products team is seeking a full-time addition to lead the ‘WeWork On Demand’ consumer business. The role will carry primary responsibility for delivering on the ‘On Demand’ revenue goals and growing the ‘On Demand’ business. In addition, they would be responsible for ensuring smooth operations for the On Demand product and associated business processes, along with delivering member support as required. 

The role  will be  bridging the gap between two dynamic teams: myHQ (sales & support partner) and WeWork, with a primary focus on preserving and enhancing the member experience. They would also be responsible for the development of the  On Demand product - both the in person and digital components - with the end goal of better user experience, increased revenue or better internal stakeholder experience. 

Roles and Responsibilities : 

  • Build and drive the product roadmap with an eye on revenue and user experience

  • Managing the partnership with MyHQ - enabling and holding them accountable to deliver on their goals 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, primarily Marketing, Pricing and Community, to drive the business agenda for ‘WeWork On Demand’ 

  • Managing inventory across multiple platforms for ODC Skill in optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with Community Management Teams to oversee and streamline processes, addressing any bottlenecks promptly.

  • Effective communication of processes to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.

  • Collaborate with Myhq technical teams to identify and raise tech issues promptly.

  • Act as a liaison to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges affecting operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and address customer escalations via social media platforms

  • Strong coordination skills to collaborate with various teams and resolve bottlenecks

Experience and Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years experience in product and business operations for a “Digital-First” business 

  • Self starter with a bias for action

  • Customer first attitude

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and comfortable working in a highly cross-functional role

  • Highly organized with problem solving capabilities

  • Attention to detail, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and can work successfully and effectively with cross-functional teams
