About the role

WeWork India is looking for a resource to join the Pricing Team which is a part of Finance as a member of the Tax and Transformation division. The candidate will be responsible for driving transformational changes in the finance function and processes of other functions that directly interacts with Finance. This role is intended to drive efficiency, control and process improvement through technology adoption, optimisation of resources and processes, driving behaviour changes, implementing control, and redesigning processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of Process documents across finance and other business function and their DOAs.
  • Ensuring compliance of SOPs and DOAs.
  • Development of Internal control systems.
  • Maintaining the best practices and financial control over all company transactions. 
  • Constant improvement of processes to bring efficiency, control, and compliance over financial transactions.
  • Driving projects related to automation and technology improvements.
  • Drive projects to automate manual tasks.
  • Identify areas where technology can save costs and time.
  • Identify areas where different technologies can be integrated with each other to reduce manual intervention.
  • Monitor enterprise risk management implementation and governance.
  • Monitor implementation and Governance of Environment Social and Governance Projects.
  • Draft, implement and Monitor IFC Compliance.

Experiences and Qualifications:

  • Big-4 assurance experience preferred.
  • CA with 3-4 years of experience
  • Experience of IFC framework.
  • Deep understanding of process changes and willingness to learn new process.
  • Understanding of driving behaviour changes.
  • Understanding and experience of compliance and control framework in corporate.
  • Knowledge of ESG and ERM is preferred.
  • Willing to work in areas related technology implementation and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and new technologies
  • Good knowledge of Statutory/Internal audit process flows.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
  • Ability to deal with large volume of data
  • Advanced MS office skills.
