About the Role:

The Client Solutions team designs custom spaces, ensuring alignment between sales promises and delivery. They bridge Sales and Product, managing technical customer interactions.

Ideal candidates are Project Management Professionals or Architects with architecture, engineering, or construction backgrounds. They should understand industry best practices, enjoy customer interaction, and excel in technical selling. Strong knowledge of building design, interior fit-out, construction, MEP, and technology is essential. The role requires a willingness to learn, clear communication, and discretion with sensitive information. Candidates must collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-level requirement analysis without external consultants to support fast-moving sales cycles.
  • Quickly flag risks, develop solution options, and align with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify potential impacts on project budget, schedule, and quality using knowledge of WeWork products.
  • Recognize physical or system infrastructure impacting deal negotiations and solutions (e.g., demolition, minimal impact changes, hazardous materials).
  • Manage due diligence during sales, develop feasible layouts, understand lease terms, and optimize estimates and initial budgets.
  • Document and communicate custom requirements and design solutions to the design and construction team for proper execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet timelines.
  • Maintain reporting data for projects and report to upper management as necessary.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement new initiatives and meet targets.
  • Conduct site walk-throughs with potential members to showcase standard offerings and solutions.
  • Regularly visit sites to monitor progress and perform quality checks.
  • Act as a key client-facing member, working closely with Sales, Product teams, and D&B partners.

Education and Desired Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, engineering, project management, or building management.
  • 4+ years of AEC experience, including 2+ years in project or design management for corporate interior fit-out, high-end retail, or hospitality projects.
  • Experience collaborating with design and procurement teams.
  • Client interaction experience, including participation in meetings for corporate fit-out, IT, AV, Security, and MEP services.
  • Preferred experience with enterprise companies (e.g., Fortune 500).
  • Understanding of project budgeting and scheduling; effective client communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Resourceful problem solver, quick learner.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and drafting software.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet, Excel, Airtable, or other data management systems.
  • Strong time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Positive influencer with a professional demeanor, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
