About the role

WeWork India is seeking a Sr. Associate, Growth Operations to help enable and assist its sales efforts. This role will be part of our Sales Organization - with market research and data integrity as the primary focus areas. 

The Growth Operations team is responsible for ensuring that WeWork sustains its exponential growth by focusing on the value propositions, product offerings and member experiences & touchpoints that matter most. The team works closely with our sales and marketing teams, along with a broader set of cross functional partners to test, incubate and scale our ideas.

The candidate will endeavor to provide critical market insights, inform our strategy and execute on a diverse range of initiatives including growth initiatives, strategic planning and sales strategy - with the key objective being the improvement of efficiency and driving results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execution of projects and reports related to market research and analysis for the sales sales team on a regular basis 

  • Create presentations for Leadership Reviews/Team meetings that present the Sales team achievements and strategies

  • Maintaining all Sales data and ensuring that all stakeholders are presented with the correct data

  • Trouble-shooting & assistance for teams across India - basis their specific data or market related requests

  • Prepare data & create presentations for business reviews and growth initiatives

  • Training the larger Sales & Community teams to drive processes that improve results throughout the organization

 Experience and Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Research Analysis, Sales Strategy or Data Analysis

  • Real-estate experience is preferred

  • Entrepreneurial with a “growth hacker” mindset - with exposure to having worked in start-up environments or teams that are in their early stages of development

  • Experienced with market research (primary and secondary), growth strategies and operations

  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Science or Mathematics (3-4 year degree) with quantitative focus. 

  • Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi tasking, organizational & project planning skills and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines

  • Team player, demonstrates highest levels of ownership and ultimately focuses on delivering results with high standards

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguity - willing to patiently support the team with any assistance needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through

  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
