About the role
WeWork India is hiring a CA Articled Assistant as an Industrial trainee in its Finance Team. As an industrial trainee, you will get hands-on training across finance functions, with a primary focus on asset capitalization, month closure, handling audits and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures. You will also be working on SAP to develop reports. Furthermore, you will be able to explore and learn about areas of accounting, tax, compliance, internal audit, FP & A, etc, depending on time required for the primary role.
Duration: 9-18 months
Working Hours: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monthly Closures and asset capitalization
- Handling Statutory and Internal Audits
- Ensuring compliance with SOP and other statutory filing
- Develop reports on SAP
Education and Desired Qualifications:
- Must have cleared both the groups of IPCC
- Must have completed at least one of the Mandatory trainings
- Must be in his/her last year of articleship and have completed the 18 months of articleship with a reputed CA Firm
- Should have a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 18 months of articleship remaining to be completed
- CA Final attempt must fall on or after May 2026
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work-ethic and commitment
