About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our People Team to support our hiring efforts and help deliver a seamless candidate experience. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating candidate interviews, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records to help our hiring team attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate interview scheduling in close partnership with recruiters, hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates.

Oversee the candidate scheduling process, interview loop facilitation, and pre-onboarding engagement.

Monitor recruiting activities and deliver weekly updates on candidate progress.

Support the coordination of recruiting programs and initiatives along with talent branding strategies.

Act as a brand ambassador when representing WeWork and job opportunities in the external market place.

Recognize and pursue opportunities to enhance the candidate experience.

Manage vendor engagement by coordinating with recruitment vendors/agencies and tracking the status of their candidates as needed.
Requirements:

Proven work experience of 1-2 years in recruitment coordination or HR administration.

Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.

Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Suite, and calendar management tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail and time management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is preferred.
