About the Role
The Brand & Marketing team is looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about building brand visibility while driving revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for Ancillary Revenue by selling WeWork spaces for non-membership use - including events, shoots, pop-ups, in-building advertising, and other brand activations.
You will be expected to devise strategic outreach plans, identify and engage the right target audiences, and lead business development efforts to build a strong pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Roles and Responsibilties

Business development with new agencies, production houses and agents relevant to the ancillary revenue portfolio pan-India and maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners

Track inquiries, leads, and pipeline management for AR and advertising verticals, ensuring accurate monitoring of progress and timely closures

Oversee the complete sales process, including negotiating terms, invoicing, and collaborating with community teams to execute on-ground operations and deal closures. Ensure adherence to protocols and manage smooth coordination with internal stakeholders

Devise and implement marketing strategies to grow the vertical via brand awareness and generate leads for AR offerings pan-India

Collaborate with the internal brand & marketing team for email campaigns, digital promotions, social media and in-building initiatives to push AR and advertising solutions. Create relevant collaterals and offers to attract new leads and enhance visibility

Analyse data and ROI reports to optimise processes and strategies for enhanced revenue generation and lead management

In addition to driving ancillary revenue, also support the Events, Partnerships, and Advertising verticals by contributing to lead generation, client servicing, and deal closures as needed
Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Min. 3 yrs of relevant experience (preferably sales)

Knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite applications

Experience in working on SAP for invoicing and payments.

Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

Experience in prospecting , business development and developing sales including outbound calling and emailing

Exceptional analytical skills to drive insights from all the data generated

Prior experience in customer service and relationship building is preferred

Experience in working on Sales CRM Software like Salesforce is an added advantage
