About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Asset Management team. In this role, you will support cross-functional collaboration, data tracking and reporting, and process optimization to ensure the smooth execution of WeWork’s Asset Management operations.

Role & Responsiabilities:

  • Track and report data for ongoing deals

  • Monitor landlord meetings, escalations, and related action items

  • Support stakeholder management and landlord evaluations across building operations and business performance

  • Manage the Freshdesk portal, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalation resolution

  • Coordinate with vendor partners for data, documentation, and compliance requirements

  • Update and track operations pricing data and landlord-related documents

  • Provide building-related information to Sales and Community teams as needed

  • Periodically update critical documents (Ops Member Manual, Operations Manual, Ops Pricing Document, etc.)

  • Maintain portfolio data for WeWork Standard Offices

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and PO creation for common area maintenance (CAM) charges

  • Prepare monthly CAM reports to analyze actuals, differentials, and overtime CAM charges

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for process improvements and assist with implementation

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, Real Estate Management, or related field

  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficiency in tools such as Looker Studio, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP

  • Strong communication skills, high accountability, and attention to detail
