About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Lead to manage financial reporting, expense control and compliance processes. This position plays a critical role in monthly close activities, financial analysis, and the implementation of robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of expense-related financial data.

Roles and responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports
  • Develop and monitor key financial KPIs and dashboards to guide business decisions

Compliance & Internal Controls

  • Support adherence to internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting
    standards (GAAP/IFRS)
  • Help prepare audit documentation and assist in audit coordination
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all financial transactions

Financial Systems & Process Improvement

  • Drive automation and optimization of financial processes and systems (e.g., ERP
    upgrades)
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales) to gather financial inputs and clarify
    revenue allocations
  • Support internal reporting requirements from business stakeholders

Experience and qualifications:

  • 0-1 years qualified CA or 3+ years experienced semi qualified CA or equivalent
    professional certification required
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
