About the role
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for responsibility, design freedom, and the hunger to create amazing spaces and revolutionize the definition of workspace. The role includes designing both standard, custom and managed WeWork Offices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- MEP Consultants Coordination (Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD)
- Clash Coordination
- ANG Coordination
- Critical Rooms Coordination, MEP Services Coordination
- GFC Drawing Coordination and Closure
- TDD (Technical Due Diligence) with respect to project standard.
- On-Site Execution Coordination and Construction Site Monitoring.
- Projects Closure (HOTO Documentation)
- MEP DBR review, as per project standards
- Coordination with Real Estate, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Virtual Design Construction, Building Operations, Procurement, and Project Managers Teams
- Coordination with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of MEP material deliverables
- Assisted in the development of MEP construction plans and specifications
- Monitored MEP installation progress to ensure adherence to project schedules
- Reviewed change orders to assess impact on project schedule and budget
- Scrum meetings
- Prepare as-built drawings for completed projects based on field measurements and observations
- Conduct periodic inspections of MEP installations to ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the planning and execution phases of projects, ensuring that all relevant requirements are met
Education and Desired Qualifications:
- BE/Diploma in Electrical from a reputed institute
- Certificate course on Revit & Navisworks from a reputed institute
- 8-10 for BE / 10-14 years for Diploma Holders professional Electrical Design and modelling experience in high quality commercial projects, Mixed-use residential, cultural, and institutional experience also will be considered.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding high quality design
- Ambitious, out-of-the-box thinker
- Interest in rule based design refined over multiple iterations
- Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
- Some demonstrable experience in design documentation in a BIM(Revit) Workflow
- Ability to invoke applicable building , accessibility codes, and zoning in the design scheme
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude, but open to feedback
- Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent organizational and ‘people’ skills
- Proficient in the following programs: Revit,AutoCAD, all things Google, Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360)
